- Ensure the instrument is returned in the same condition.

Conditions for Release:

- The responsible person must ensure the instrument is stored securely when not in use.

- If the instrument is lost, stolen, or damaged, the responsible person must immediately inform the

appropriate department.

- Any costs related to repairs, replacement, or loss due to negligence will be charged to the responsible

person or project budget.

- The instrument must be returned by the agreed return date. Any extension of use must be approved in

advance.
