Conditions for Return:

    • The instrument must be returned in the same condition as when released, except for normal wear and tear.
    • If the instrument has been damaged, lost, or malfunctioned during the project, it must be reported immediately, and the necessary steps for repair or replacement must be initiated.
    • Any missing parts or accessories must be reported, and arrangements for replacement must be made before the return is finalized.
    • The responsible person is liable for any costs associated with damages or repairs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
